sigrok-cli is a command-line frontend designed for sigrok. The sigrok project aims at creating a portable, cross-platform, Free/Libre/Open-Source signal analysis software suite that supports various device types, like logic analyzers or oscilloscopes. If your device is connected through a (virtual) COM port, libsigrok doesn't need a special driver.
